Is the Canon Rebel XS/1000D for me?
I'm into photography and I have a Sony point and shoot at the moment so it'll be my first DSLR. What I'm mainly wondering is whether I'm going to regret buying the XS surrounded by a year or two because it's too "entry-level." Should I buy an XSi instead or even a more expensive camera?
Answers: Nike reads like a Canon commercial - I'd hold to say - sold on Canon.
Well fact is I be a Fugi guy for a number of years like other buying Fords I guess. Now however, after buying a Rebel XS 1000D I'm sold on Canon and won't buy anything else again.
I may not buy Canon lenses - I think they're over rated. Tamron is my choice. I've added a Tamron 18-200 and am really loving it.
Good Luck
