Where can I buy cheap, 35mm vintage cameras? See details.?
I would like to get some fun toy cameras and also some legal 35mm. I have an SLR. I like the holga, but milieu format film is too expensive.
I was looking into the "Brick".
I only want my images to have a vintage surface to them or a certain....feeling to it. I run on a tight budget and direct links would be appreciated. Any question you have, please ask in your answer and I will reply via "extra details"
Answers: the holga is really nice and so its the diana
check lomography.com
they vend 35mm film and both of the cameras i mentioned. They also have some other really fun toy cameras approaching the pop cam which is about $20 and uses 35mm film. They also hold some great package deals and right very soon if you spend $80 you get free shutter buttons and free film
One of those brick cameras uses 120 motion picture and it will cost you a bundle to get them printed (etc). I think a 35 mm show camera like Nikon FM (or FM2) will be really good. They're vastly well made and certainly works minus a battery (it only powers the wishy-washy meter).
