Is the Nikon D60 dutiful for beginners next to SLR cameras? If not, what is the best trainee Digital SLR?
I adore photography and I want to step up from a digital camera to an SLR camera. The thing is, I don't know where to start or what I'm even looking for. I did budge to a store that specialized in SLR cameras and they tried to help me but I didn't know what to do or what they be talking about (considering I've never taken a serious look at SLRs till then).
I'm thinking in the order of the Nikon D60; the people store said it was flowing and I was really comfortable with the camera. But since I buy it, I'd like to ask if it is a good choice for beginner's and if at hand are any other cameras that might be a better choice.
It is a good choice for a beginner. It is one of the best entry horizontal DSLR's. I would also take a look at the Canon Rebel XS or XSi. Then choose which one feels best to you and have the features you want.
