Differences next to commonplace Canon EOS 400D and the 400D Rebel XTi?

What are the differences with these canon SLR cameras? One is called the 'Canon EOS 400D' and another one which looks exactly like but called the 'Canon EOS 400D Rebel XTi'? Is it just an extra nickname they gave or are they two completely different with respectively other (e.g. software and programming etc.)
